Join me and an eclectic group of runners for four intermediate to advanced endurance runs paired with weekly nutritional programming. The runs will start at a selected location each week where they become more advanced as the weeks progress. Post-run includes 15 minutes of breathing exercises and stretching to reset your mind and body. Nutrition programming and coaching is included where each member enters their diet into a group log and feedback is provided on a weekly basis. $10 Juice Press gift-card included each week.
